After Care
Wills Primary teachers are on duty from 7:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. After care is supervised care after school from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m for a $5 fee per child. From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. parents/guardians will be charged an additional fee.
After care commences from 2:45 p.m. Any student left on the school premises after 2:45 p.m., with the exception of those students who participate in after school activities, will automatically be placed into after care. Those who participate in after school activities and remain on the school premises after the fifteen minute grace period allotted by the after school activities coaches, will be placed into after care. Staff members reserve the right to refuse supervised care of a child if they are disrepectful and unruly. Parents will be notified accordingly.
Parking for Drop off and Pick ups
There is NO parking at any time in front of the main school gate OR in Elcourt Clinic’s car park. Those parents who wish to park are asked to do so in the vacant lot adjacent to the school. Otherwise, please take advantage of the pick-up/drop-off system we have designed to ease traffic and make the drop -off experience simpler. Join the queue of vehicles arriving at the front gate and we will assist your child out of the car and escourt him/her through the gate or call for them to come to the gate after school on our speaker system while you wait in your vehicle.
